FAQ

Common questions

Is the website review really free?

Yes — completely free, with no obligation. I look at your site or page and send back a few practical suggestions. If you decide you want help fixing them, that's a separate paid project you can choose later.

Do I need to already have a website?

No. If you only have a Facebook or Instagram page — or nothing online yet — I can review what you have and tell you what a simple, effective starting point would look like.

Can you review my Facebook or Instagram page instead?

Yes. Plenty of businesses run on social pages. Send the link and I'll review how clearly it explains your services and how easy it is for customers to contact you.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Mostly service businesses — contractors, trades, cleaners, landscapers, painters, detailers, renovation and small construction companies — plus small professional offices and independent shops.

Will you pressure me into buying?

No. You get the review and a couple of suggestions. If you want help, I'll quote it; if not, the review is still yours to use.

Can you fix the issues you find?

Yes, if you want. After the review I can help with anything from a quick cleanup to a new website or quote form — you choose. Pricing is straightforward and quoted before any work starts.

How fast will I hear back?

Usually within 24 hours. I do these personally, so it's a real review from a person — not an automated report.
